As WHOLESALE MANAGER for this iconic fashion brand you will drive all domestic wholesale business to ensure the strategic goals and KPI. in terms of revenue and operational excellence. You will explore opportunities to build Heritage brands and increase performance in wholesale partners and fashion accounts in the direct market.


  • Oversee business development and operations in Japan WS market; formulate execute the sales budget & shop opening plan for Performance and Heritage brands
  • Maintain and improve the operation of sales network; evaluate and authorize franchisees/distributor be responsible for new important POS selection and negotiation
  • Lead wholesale sales team to explore, manage, train and support the wholesale business
  • Evaluate and control the operation of business network
  • Improve the brand image from all relevant sections
  • Assit in analyzing sell-in / sell-through / inventory management and pricing across all regions
  • Occasional visit to WS markets for better understanding of market needs and developments


  • Must possess high degree of fashion aesthetic; interest in trends, lifestyles, competitors and media
  • Support introduction of new ideas
  • Work within the creative process effectively, and support bring ideas to realization
  • Build good working relationships; collaborate toward deadlines and deliverables
  • Able to communicate effectively across the team and organization; effectively works at long distances
  • Work according to defined schedules and deadlines; takes direction well and able to work with high accountability; manages own work and tracks progress
  • Seek out resources to get things done; able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented setting; interface with Global Design and Supply Chain


  • Experience: At least 7 years hands-on experience in retail / wholesale industry with regional experience
  • Education: University degree (Business Administration / Marketing preferred)
  • Strong network with key accounts and wholesale partners
  • Solid experience in Business Development in Wholesale, Franchise, Distribution
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence in a fast-paced, matrix, multi-cultural environment
  • Good leadership, team management and people-skills, be willing to take challenge, aspiring & energetic
  • Advanced level English skills
