Our client is a Leading Tier 1 European Automotive Electronics component manufacturer with strong presence in Japan with a wide range of Automotive Active Safety and Electronics Products/Technology.

Job Description:
•Define on a worldwide basis the Sales Product Group strategy for the customer in charge and ensure deployment in Regions/Product Lines.
•Ensure achievement of Product Group sales performance for the customer in charge in line with agreed targets
•Promote appropriate innovative products, modules and systems.
•Define the strategic projects to be acquired in close collaboration with the Regions/Product lines.
•Identify decision making actors and rules on customer side, gather and share all useful information with concerned Regions/Product Lines and functional networks (ex. R&D, Industrial, Quality, Project Management). 

Job Requirements:
Education Requirements
•Bachelors Degree or higher in Engineering. Electrical/Computer Engineering preferred.
•Native Japanese level with Fluent English communication skills (TOEIC score above 800).

Experience and Skill Requirements:
•At least 5-10 years of experience in Automotive (Preferably NISSAN Sales)
•International business experience with strong Negotiation and team working skills
•Strong organizational and communication capabilities and relationship building.
