Description

iSearch is hiring a General Office Administration staff.

 

At iSearch, you will work in a fast paced, multi-cultural,
primarily English language environment. Much of your day will be spent using
English, but native level, properly spoken and written, Japanese is needed for
communicating by phone and email with clients, candidates, vendors, and others.

 

Duties: 

  • General Office Administration Duties

  • HR Related duties: Maintaining personnel records
    for staff, filing required documents with the appropriate government offices

  • Accounting: most accounting work is outsourced,
    but some light accounting duties are included

  • Translation and interpreting

Requirements:

  • Native level Japanese (reading, writing, spoken)

  • High level of English

  • High level of proficiency in all MS Office
    applications

  • At least 5 years of office administration
    experience in a multi-cultural environment
