In this key role as Senior Executive - eComms Operations you will implement projects according to eComm strategy and roadmap, optimize out-bound logistics (B2C) and provide customer service. Drive the business growth interaction with our consumers and the core elements of our brand.

1. eCommerce system project management
- Lead and manage to successfully deliver the assigned projects
- Ensure full understanding of project scope able to design detailed project plan and constantly track project progress to complete as scheduled
- Project resource management
- Manage the project scope and cost and make suggestions to implement corrective or preventative actions
- Make test scenarios and collaborate with global and local vendors
- Bi-weekly code release management. Proceed to front / back end testing and quality assurance
- Vendor management
- Capex budget control
- Reporting
- Contracting
2. Plan and pitch system roadmap
- Explore enhancement opportunities
- Roadmap planning
- Pitch to Global / Japan eComm and make alignment
3. Site operation / Logistics / Customer Service
- Manage with 3PL and work with customer service (temp) to maintain smooth out-bound processes.
- Maintain front end and back end system working with local / global SIer
- Build up the workflow and maintain operation manuals
- Identify the issues and improve operation
- Monitor payment performance and fraud orders.
- Job monitoring of data flow.
- Escalation to Global eComm or regional SIers
- Bug fix by working with local / Global SIer
- Ensure the efficient eComm procedures aligning with IT, Finance and Global eComm team
- Stock loss taking
- Invoice procedure
- Report monthly operational KPI suggest improvements in order to optimize eCommerce operations
- Work closely with customer service and shoot the escalation in line with market and consumer expectations and company standards

- Bachelor’s degree
- +5 yrs Retail eComm experience. Fashion and apparel industry is plus
- CMS and OMS knowledge and experience, especially for Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- ERP knowledge
- Experience to use Jira and Confluence is plus
- Business mindset with very good numerical and analytical skills, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced agile process environment
- Advanced skill for Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Fluent Japanese and Business Level English
