Description

Our client is a Leading Tier 1 European Automotive Electronics, e-Mobility component manufacturer with strong presence in Japan with a wide range of Automotive Active Safety and Electronics Products/Technology.
 
Job Description:
•Responsible for growing and maintaining profitable business with Japanese OEMs and Japanese Tier customers globally.
•Develop and identify customer strategies for new business opportunities.
•Ensure achievement of Product Group sales performance for the customer in charge in line with agreed targets
•Promote appropriate innovative products, modules and systems.
•Define the strategic projects to be acquired in close collaboration with the Regions/Product lines.
•Identify decision making actors and rules on customer side, gather and share all useful information with concerned Regions/Product Lines and functional networks (ex. R&D, Industrial, Quality, Project Management).
 
 
 

Requirements

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or higher in Engineering. Electrical/Computer Engineering preferred.
•Native Japanese level with Fluent English communication skills (TOEIC score above 800).
 
Experience and Skill Requirements:
•At least 10 years of experience in Automotive Sales and Business Development with JOEM as a Sales Director (Preferably TOYOTA or NISSAN Sales)
•International business experience with strong Negotiation and team working skills
•Strong organizational and communication capabilities and relationship building.
•Experience in managing a Team of 5 to 10 members.
