Global Software company based in Germany is looking for a for Software Application Technical Support Services and Pre-Sales within demanding customer projects in the field of Product Compliance (Environmental) and Sustainability Management software technology.
A Technical Support Specialist with Pre-Sales affinity uses technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products, for which a certain level of expertise is needed.
Position will be located onsite in a major customers office in Tokyo.
A portion of the work work is expected to be a Work From Home situation supporting other customers in the region.
Self managing autonomous applicant are highly preferred.
Broad knowledge of and experience or familiarity in the following areas:
- Application webservers (Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss),
- Development of Java, databases (Oracle)
- Ability to work autonomously, team player mentality
- Ability to perform under pressure and address enquiries in a timely manner
- 5 -10 years of working experience
- Technical and commercial affinity
- Software Development with Java, PL/SQL
- Familiarity with and understanding of basic software applications
